Step 2: Select a search metric. Here, we’ll start with “Experienced Net Buyers,” “Increased by at least,” “1000,” and “This Month“:
Step 3: Here, we will add a security score requirement to the list:
Step 4: Moralis Money Pro subscribers can take this a step further. Here we apply a third filter looking only at price movements from the past week:
Result: With three specific filters applied, we have narrowed down the selection to only one asset on the entire Ethereum network matching our parameters:
Clicking on the asset in our list brings us to a full token breakdown and a wealth of statistical info! This includes details on recent price movements, showing a 45% increase in value over the past week, as expected based on our queried parameters!

Looking Back On the Past Month
This month we are again enduring some rather grueling sideways movements. The market declines over the weekend and unfortunate events last week have not significantly changed the situation on the TA level.

During periods of heavy Bitcoin dominance, Bitcoin will continue to lead the market as it has done historically (scroll down to see our theory on when Bitcoin season may give way to altcoin season).
Altcoin Season Weather Report
Even if it is your first week in crypto, it won’t be long before you hear someone say, “when is altcoin season?” This phrase seems to conjure up feelings of excitement from anyone who has been part of a major bullish period in crypto. For each of us, our “altcoin season” was when we first saw that speculative altcoin bag pump 10x, 20x, and even 100x!
Blockchaincenter.net (a popular crypto-chart provider) hosts an Altcoin Season Index chart. The chart states we’re in an altcoin season “if 75% of the top 50 coins perform better than Bitcoin over the last season (90 days).” But under this definition, we would be presented with a limited amount of time to act. Take a look at the chart here to see what we mean:
Here, each circled period is not more (and usually less) than three months, but as we remember from the description, the altcoin season in this chart is when 75% of the tokens in the top 50 have already pumped. So, we want to consider anticipating these movements. Here we consider the following time periods instead:
Viewing the chart this way helps our altcoin opportunity periods to come into view. Here, we see that following a heavy bottom during Bitcoin season, we almost universally see a strong return to altcoin season with a 3-5 month period. If this trend continues, we can expect to see our next altcoin season around September or October this year.
